Brittany earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, summa cum laude, from Argosy University in Atlanta, Georgia. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Brittany is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She is a member of Chi Sigma Iota Academic & Professional Honor Society, a professional member of the American Counseling Association and an associate member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia..
At TRU, Brittany works with the residents of Buckhead and the greater Atlanta area to help them reach and exceed their goals and blossom to their life’s fullest potential. She helps clients achieve personal growth and understanding by addressing difficult issues in a collaborative, safe, and honest atmosphere. Brittany is a compassionate, strength-oriented counselor who is absolutely committed to providing exceptional care to every client. She welcomes adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Brittany is passionate about supporting clients who are experiencing or have experienced depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, mood disorders, trauma, emotional disturbances, and grief/loss. She also provides pre-marital and couples/marriage counseling for a variety of relationship issues. Brittany also has treatment interest in weight loss counseling, binge eating, and pre- and post-bariatric surgery support.
