Finally, we can join you- walk beside you- on your journey toward success. We are not a gadget or an app, but real people who care about you and your life, and will be with you along every step of your journey.
What does working with a Weight Loss and Wellness Coach involve? A typical client will meet with their Coach once a week; first sessions are held in person as often as possible, while subsequent sessions can take place online or over the phone.
In addition to help with practical information, managing urges, and maintaining motivation, your Weight Loss and Wellness Coach is also able to offer optional services to complement your wellness journey. These services include:
